Scope and Contents
This collection contains records for special member benefit trips for Associates and Circle members, Friends/affinity groups, and Museum League. Files for each trip may include: itinerary, promotional flyer, attendees, correspondence, budget, photos, hosts. Records extant for each trip vary, and it is not always clear if trip took place; if records include notes on cancellation, it is so noted. Also included are the groups invited on the trip if known.
The collection also includes some general information on the travel program and travel surveys.
Records were created by various membership staff over the years, including Ryland Stacy, Elaine Gantz Wright, Jean Coleman, Cathy Doyle, and Kim Bryant.
