Please note that the contents and descriptions of some archival collections may contain historic language that reflects the culture and time period of its creation and is now outdated and/or offensive. This language is mostly found in official titles or names of past exhibitions, publications, and organizations, and is retained in these contexts. If you have questions, feedback, or find outdated and offensive language in other collection descriptions, please contact the DMA Archives at archives@DMA.org.
