This collection contains DMA Exhibition Records that have been processed for research requests, and are out of chronological sequence. They will eventually be added to MA-041 DMA Exhibition Records as the chronological sequence by exhibition start date are processed.

The exhibitions office is the primary creator of the records in this collection, though they may also contain records created by the curator in charge of the exhibition. Records may include but are not limited to: attendance, checklists, contracts, planning, budget, funding and sponsorship, correspondence and memoranda, loans, insurance, shipping, tour venues, catalogue, programming, audio tours, events, publicity, and final reports.
