Marketing materials include ads, design, radio, media plans, and partnerships / sponsorships; communications and public relations materials include press releases, news clippings and reference materials. Other departmental records include administration and planning, Marketing Committee, and food service. Exhibitions and events that have significant documentation in the collection include: Hamon Building / Museum of the Americas, China & Glass in America, Degas to Picasso, Century of Modern Sculpture: Nasher Collection, Black Arts-Ancestral Legacy, an Georgia O'Keeffe: Poetry of Things (1998).
