The collection contains land deeds, title, wills and related documents regarding the transfer of the property at Ross and Harwood from John Grigsby (1842) to The Praetroians (1933). Other owners include: August E. Randall, Frank Brown, R.L. Winfrey, J.S. Kendall Jr., Reynolds family, and Thomas family. The DMA stands on the northwest corner of the Ross and Harwood intesection.
