This collection contains client copies and public inspection copies of IRS Form 990, Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax. Form 990 returns are arranged chronologically. The folder for each year may also contain related documents such as Forms 8868 and 7004 regardings extensions to file; and IRS correspondence regarding incorrectly assessed late filing fees. Note, this related material was originally filed with Form 990s where available in one of the collections processed into the single Form 990 Collection; other related documents may be found in other Finance / Accounting collections.
