This item was likely sent to the DMA in response to a mail art porgram in the Gateway Gallery in November and December 1984. The title of the work translates as The Silence-Scream, Latin American & Caribbean Association of Mail Artists, and is an issue of Hoje-Hoja-Hoy created by Graciela Gutierrez Marx, or GG Marx, from Argentina.
