This collection contains the records of Rob Milbank Jr., Director of Public Affairs and General Counsel 1983-1985 and consist of legal, board of trustees and public affairs files.

This collection contains records created or received by Tom Livesay, Assistant Director for Administration 1980-1984. Livesay's records consist of correspondence files, a chronological series for 1981 and an alphabetical series of correspondence and subject files. Livesay was Assistant Director during the construction of and move to the New Museum and many files relate to that in some way. The collection also includes Board of Trustees and Board committee meeting files.
