Collection contains correspondence related to DMA objects from the Curatorial files. Types of correspondence for each object may include letters documenting acquisition, loans, and requests for reproduction or further information. Files are arranged alphabetically by artist surname.

This collection contains correspondence related to artworks offered and refused between 1975-1981, exhibitions offered and refused 1980-1981, and acquisitions 1980-1981. Later records were created by Chief Curator Steve Nash (1980-1988); earlier records were maintained in the Curatorial Department.

This collection consists of the records created and maintained by Laura Bruck for the exhibition Dialogues: Duchamp, Cornell, Johns, Rauschenberg, 4 September 2005-8 January 2006. The exhibition was curated by Dorothy Kosinski. Files include general exhibition planning, installation, checklists, programs, events, loans, catalogue, video, and research.

Dorothy Kosinski Curatorial Records
This collection contains records created or received by Dorothy Kosinski, Senior Curator of Paintings and Sculpture (1995-2008) and Barbara Thomas Lemmon Curator of European Art (1996-2008). The collection also contains records maintained by her Curatorial Assistant. The collection documents Kosinski's work with the new Nasher Sculpture Center, exhibitions sh curatored, and general curatorial departmental activities.
