Departmental transfer from Stacey Lizotte, Director of Adult Programs, received in summer 2015.
Collection accessioned by Hillary Bober on 9 September 2015.
Collection description was updated in 2022 during the ArchivesSpace migration per local usage guidelines for accession resource records.
Separated Materials
Late Nights Schedules 2003-present were added to the Publications and Printed Materials collection.
Printed materials from other programming-related printed material was reviewed and added to the Publications and Printed Materials collection where needed.
Awards to Artists reception information (2006-2011) was removed for processing with the Awards to Artists collection
