Artistic/Urban Development: Mural Art Program in the Bishop Arts District Photographs
Scope and Contents
This collection consists of the photographs used in the exhibition Artistic/Urban Development: Mural Art Program in the Bishop Arts District, on view in the Gateway Gallery from 17 October 2004 - 23 January 2005. The exhibition documented a summer mural program. The exhibition consisted of 17 framed photographs (12: 11 x 14 inches, 5: 16 x 20 inches) and 4 3 x 6 foot canvas paintings. An accompanying video was shown on a loop in kiosk.
All of the photographs are included in the collection, as well as all of the labels. The 4 canvas paintings were returned to the student artists. The whereabouts of the video are unknown.
