This collection contains the records of Steven Nash, Deputy Director / Chief Curator, 1980-1988. Records document adminstrative activities of the curatorial department. Major topics in the Administration series include acquisition and deaccession, New Museum, personnel, policies & procedures, and task forces. The Programs series contains documentation of lecture programs arranged by Nash such as the Hoffman Lecture Series. .

The collection contains the records of Steven Nash, Deputy Director / Chief Curator, 1980-1988. Records document adminstrative activities of the curatorial department.
Arrangement
This collection is arranged in four series: Administration, Correspondence, Grants, and Programs. Within each series records are primarily arranged alphabetically.
Immediate Source of Acquisition
The Nash records were separated from unaccessioned general curatorial files; these curatorial files were packed from filing cabinets in telephone room.
