Registrar's Acquisitions and Loans Logs
Scope and Contents
This collection consists of 6 bound volumes containing hand-written documentation of acquisitions and loans from 1903-1988. The logs were maintained by the Registrar's Office. Data in each volume includes accession number, title and artist, donor or lender and disposition with date. The collection also includes an early printout from the computerized collection managment system from 1986-1988, the coverage of the final log; and daily shipping and receiving logs covering 1978-1982.
