Scope and Contents
This collection consists of the time capsule that was created as part of the 2012 staff Holiday Party, "Party like there is no Tamayo". The party had a Maya calendar / end of the world theme. Staff submitted items for the time capsule, which was to be opened in 10 years (2022).
The time capsule was opened at the staff holiday party on 19 December 2022.

Abstract

There is no arrangement except for the items to fit in the box efficiently.
Immediate Source of Acquisition
The time capsule was transferred to the archives by Human Resources after the party in December 2012.
Collection accessioned by Hillary Bober in 2013.
Time capsule was opened at the 2022 staff holiday party on 19 December 2022. Capsule and contents returned to archives in March 2023.
Processing Information
Time capsule contents were sleeved and reboxed. One package of 100th Anniversary M&Ms were discarded. See Piction for images of the candy.
