Series 2: Serials are DMA publications issued in series. The publications are arranged alphabetically by title and chronological within each title.
Series 3: Printed Material/Ephemera contains items produced for promotional purposes including brochures, invitations, postcard mailings, flyers, and forms. This series is divided into seven subseries based on program type: Art Collection, General, Special, Exhibitions, Education, Development and Membership, and Arts & Letters Live. Most subseries are arranged within by topic, with Exhibitions and Arts & Letters Live arranged chronologically.
Series 4: Printed Material/Ephemera, Annual Events contains invitations, programs, menus and other collateral for the four annual fundraising events: An Affair of the Art, Art in Bloom, Silver Supper and Art Ball. Each event is a subseries and files are arranged chrologically within each event.
