Scope and Contents
This collection consists of marketing binders maintained by Sue Ferraro (Marketing Manager) and Judy Connor (Chief Marketing and Communications Officer). The bulk of the binders document marketing and communications efforts for exhibitions, but marketing for programs is also included. Program marketing is primarily for Late Nights and the Centennial. Marketing binders may include: background, budget, media plan, sponsorship, printed material, outdoor signage (banners, billboards, buses), print ads, TV/Radio, and PR. The collection also contains sponsor reports summarizing marketing efforts for promotional sponsors.
