Exhibition and Museum Design Records
This collection contains records created or received by Jessica Harden, Exhibition Designer and later Director of Exhibition and Museum Design, between 2009-2020. Files may include plans, notes, proposals, checklists, minutes, reports, and graphics.
Facilities Department Records
This collection consists of the records of Joe Peek, Director of Security and Building Operations, related to building renovations in 2003. Additional materials include information on the 100 Hours Celebration for the Centennial, 1983 Certificate of Occupancy and the orignal 1993 asbestos report by Southwestern Laboratories Inc.
Facilities Renovation Records
This collection contains records related to the repair / renovation of the Sculpture Garden. Planning began in 2010; construction on the Kelly Courtyard occurred 2017-2018. There are also finish and furnishing samples for office redecoration.
New Museum Miscellany
This collection consists of materials related to the New Museum sent by former staff members. This includes Stake Hitch from Larry Francell, building and installation slides from Tom Livesay, and bond ephemera and articles from Philip Seib.

This collection contains records relating to the construction of the New Museum downtown, both the building and exterior spaces (Education Courtyard, Sculpture Garden, general landscaping).
