This collection contains the exhibition files created and maintained by staff of the Learning Partnerships & Gallery Interpretation [LPGI] containing exhibition teaching and program materials and reference information from exhibitions held from 1987-2009.

The collection contains records of Maria-Teresa Garcia Pedroche, Managers of Family Experiences and Community Programs. Records document Pedroche's work on the Levels of Engagement with Art program; evaluation and rubrics; community programs; C3 exhibitions; and fundraising for family programs.

Collection consists of research material gathered by Maria Teresa Garcia-Pedroche for the exhibition, Jesus Moroles: Rock, Roll, and Play, March 13, 2004-January 30, 2005.

This collection contains special exhibition and permanent collection teaching materials / teacher packets. Also included are materials for the creation of the CD-ROM Art of Looking; SPGI [School Partnerships and Gallery Interpretation] departmental files, statistics and reports; and TAG [talented and gifted] materials.

The collection contains 25 small panels depicting copies of paintings and drawings related to Shakespeare and his time, mounted on board for an outreach exhibition in conjunction with Shakespeare: The Globe and the World, 1980-1981.

This collection contains the record of Susan Diachisin, the first Director of the Center for Creative Connections, or C3. Records document the planning for C3 exhibitions and programs, fundraising, administration, evaluation, and partnerships.
