Membership Department Records
The bulk of this collection consists of membership-related records including surveys, program analysis, benefits, events and promotions. There is some material for the DMA League and Junior Associates. The collection also contains a few folders related to fundraising campaigns.

This collection contians records related to member programs including PM League (1989-1999), Kids Club and Jazz Club. The collection also includes records for direct mail campaigns (1991-2003) and annual fund solicitations (1995-2003). PM League material includes Platinum Party (2003-2004) and Wine + Art (2001-2005) fundraising events in addition to newsletters and general events.
Merrill Rueppel Records
The collection contains the records of DMFA Director Merrill C. Rueppel, who's tenure at the DMFA was July 1, 1964-30 June 1973. Records include correspondence and subject files.

Mrs. Stephen I. Munger Trust Committee Records
Collection contains minutes of the Mrs. Stephen I. Munger Trust Committee for 1937-1965. Minutes also contain photographs of some of the objects acquired through the fund.

Museum League Records
This collection contains records of the Dallas Museum of Art League / DMA League / Museum League dating between 1975-2001, though the bulk of the records are from the 1990s. Records on these topics are included: Beaux Arts Ball, Board meetings and minutes, cookbooks (Gallery Buffet Soup Cookbook and The Artful Table), President's Books, Scrapbooks, Tours and travel, and Volunteer program. Records creators are League presidents and committee chairs, and DMA staff.
Museum of the Americas Label Copy
This collection contains gallery text and object labels for the opening installation of the Museum of the Americas in 1993. The audio tour script is also included.
Nancy G. Sayles Photograph Archive
The Nancy G. Sayles Photograph Archive consists of 258 color photographs taken by Mrs. Sayles in Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Morocco, Panama and Peru during the period 1975-1980. The ethnographic photographs primarily depict the wear and use of traditional textiles in their native context, though the collection includes complementary photographs of the landscape, architecture and general culture and activities in the documented areas.
