Museum of the Americas Label Copy
This collection contains gallery text and object labels for the opening installation of the Museum of the Americas in 1993. The audio tour script is also included.
Nancy G. Sayles Photograph Archive
The Nancy G. Sayles Photograph Archive consists of 258 color photographs taken by Mrs. Sayles in Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Morocco, Panama and Peru during the period 1975-1980. The ethnographic photographs primarily depict the wear and use of traditional textiles in their native context, though the collection includes complementary photographs of the landscape, architecture and general culture and activities in the documented areas.
Natalie H. Lee Papers
The collection contains documentation of a few of the projects that Lee has worked on in conjunction with the museum: 1968 Beaux Arts Ball, 90th Anniversary Timeline and Photo Montage, docent program, and the McDermott Bequest.
New Museum Demolition and Construction Progress Photographs
The collection contains photography documenting the site demolition and construction of the New Museum, 1981-1983, by J.W. Bateson Company, Inc., general contractors. The collection has been arranged in two series: demoltion and construction.
New Museum Miscellany
This collection consists of materials related to the New Museum sent by former staff members. This includes Stake Hitch from Larry Francell, building and installation slides from Tom Livesay, and bond ephemera and articles from Philip Seib.
New Museum Records
This collection contains records relating to the construction of the New Museum downtown, both the building and exterior spaces (Education Courtyard, Sculpture Garden, general landscaping).

This collection encompasses the analog records of Deputy Director Rob Stein. Stein was DMA Deputy Director from 2012 to 2015. Departments that reported to Stein, and would therefore be represented in the records, are: Conservation, Education, Information Technology (IT), Finance, Library & Archives and Marketing.
Records also include technology projects Stein was involved in, DMA Friends, budgets, and building projects.
Office of Special Events 2012 Annual Event Records
This collection consists of records created by Office of Special Events staff for the 2012 fundraising events: Art Ball, Art in Bloom and Silver Supper. Records include budget, underwriting, auction, committee, printed materials, etc. Contents were removed from binders and foldered.
