The gallery cards were collected by Harris from 1960s-2010s, with the bulk from the 1980s and 1990s. Mailings are arranged in seven series: Dallas, Metroplex, Texas, Organizations, Artists, and Events.

Scope and Contents The Paul Rogers Harris Papers contain records on a wide variety of projects, from his graduate work at New York University and with Claes Oldenburg to his work as an independent curator in a number of capacities: curator, consignment dealer and estate executor. Materials date between 1959 and 2001. Abstract

This collection contains the records of the Early Texas Artists and Craftsmen Research and Acquisition Project, initiated by Director Jerry Bywaters in 1954. The bulk of the records are the correspondence between Bywaters and project researcher Pauline Pinckney.
