The collection contains the papers of Betty Marcus, Board of Trustees member and President of the Board. Papers document the long range planning of the DMFA, and her Mrs. Marcus' participation in various committees and the future of the museum. The papers have been arranged into informal series due to size.

The Building Photography collection contains documentation of the interior and exterior of the museum facility, including construction and renovations of the facility and any former museum locations. The collection is arranged in five series: Previous Locations, Construction, Exterior, Interior and Damage Documentation. Collection includes all photographs on physical media.

The collection contains records created by Robert Rozelle in the production of the Bybee furniture collection catalogue, 1986-1989. Records include budget and funding; correspondence with the publisher; and typscript and proofs.

This collection contains files documenting the C3 Gallery and programs created by C3 staff including community programs, visiting artist program, pop up art spots, and gallery table activities. The records also include planning for C3 installations and exhibitions, evaluation, and testing. Records creators include C3 Gallery Managers Jessica Fuentes and Kerry Butcher.

The collection consists of a binder containing orignial colonial-era documents related to the Captain John Pratt portrait in the DMA collection, an a CD of scans of the documents.

This collection comprises the records of curator Carol Robbins. The records document Carol's responsiblity for the Textile, Pacific/Indonesian and Pre-Columbian collections over her long tenure. Carolyn Sortor Papers consist of records of her work and association with the board of the Video Assocation of Dallas (VAD) and Dallas Video Festival as organizer, and the board of The MAC. Papers include board minutes, contracts, fund raising, and printed materials. Collection covers 1994-2010.
