This collection contains records created by Kevin Tucker, Margot Perot Senior Curator of Decorative Art and Design, related to the exhibition Modernism in American Silver: 20th Century Design, on view at the DMA 18 June-24 September 2006. The collection also includes materials related to the Jewel Stern Collection, which was featured in the exhibition.

This collections consists of records created or received by The Margot Perot Senior Curator of Decorative Arts Kevin Tucker. Tucker held this position from 2003-2015. The collection contains records on acquisitions, loans, exhibitions, gallery installations, lectures, curatorial projects and departmental work, and Silver Supper planning.

The collection consists of the original log book for library accessions. Entries in the log date between 1941 and 1969.

This collection contains records created and received by Lora Sariaslan. She was a DMA Intern working with Dorothy Kosinski, Barbara Thomas Lemmon Curator of Europan Art, Pauline Gill Sullivan Associate Curator of American Art. This work is primarily related to European and American exhibitions and permanent collection installations. The collection also contains docent training materials, research and work in conjunction with the Centennial publication.

This collection describes the contents of the Mayer Library Museum Files. The museum files are reference files consisting of small publications, brochures, announcements, and mailings from museums and galleries, nationally and internationally.

This collection documents the Vasari Awards, an award granted to authors working in Texas on subjects in art history, sponsored by the Mayer Library from 1985-2008. The collection is arranged chronologically by year of award and Vasari Award recipients and jurors are noted in the box list.

This collection contains the records of the Early Texas Artists and Craftsmen Research and Acquisition Project, initiated by Director Jerry Bywaters in 1954. The bulk of the records are the correspondence between Bywaters and project researcher Pauline Pinckney.

Scope and Contents This collection consists of the records of Ramona Austin, Associate Curator of African Art (1994-1999) and Margaret McDermott Associate Curator of African Art (1999-2001). The bulk of the records relate to Austin's work on a catalogue for the museum's collection of African Art; this catalogue was not published or completed.
