Rick Stewart Curatorial Records
This collection contains records created or received by Patrick "Rick" Stewart, Curator of American Art and Chairman of American Paintings and Decorative Arts, 1983-1986. The collection primarily consists of Stewart's records relating to three exhibitions he curated: Lone Star Regionalism, Dallas Collects Americam Painting, and Visions of the West. Files include exhibition planning, lender correspondence, loan files, shipping, and research materials.

Roslyn Walker (African Art) Curatorial Records
This collection contains records of Margaret McDermott Curator of African Art Roslyn (Roz) Walker. Records include African Art and textile exhibition, object research, and gallery reinstallation planning (2005, unrealized). The majority of the collection documents the research for the reinstallation of African Art Gallery in 2015, and the site visits for the installation research project funded by the Texas Fund for Curatorial Research.

Shakespeare: The Globe and the World, Outreach Exhibition Panels
The collection contains 25 small panels depicting copies of paintings and drawings related to Shakespeare and his time, mounted on board for an outreach exhibition in conjunction with Shakespeare: The Globe and the World, 1980-1981.
Silver Supper Records
The collection contains records for the Silver Supper, the annual fundraising event for the Decorative Arts Department. The records consist of materials from the Silver Supper chairs for each year with varying levels of detail, and from Charles Venable and Stephen Harrison of the Decorative Arts department and "owner" of the event. Some later records are from the Office of Special Events. It is unclear which records are from which creator.

Events represented in the collection are: Women in Classical Greece: Pandora's Box Lenders Dinner (1996); Grand Benefactor Dinner (2003); Silver Supper (2004, 2005, 2006).
