90th Anniversary Timeline Photographs
In 1993, the museum marked the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Dallas Art Association with an exhibition featuring an extensive illustrated timeline held in the concourse. The exhibition was curated by Natalie "Schatzie" Lee. The photograph collection consists of the photographs used in the exhibition timeline and those that were collected and selected for possible use in the timeline, and therefore had written captions.
500X Gallery History
This collection contains the 500X Gallery history which dcouments gallery activity from 1977-1996. Documentation includes photographs, exhibition checklists, press releases, gallery mailings, and news clippings.
2012 Time Capsule Collection
This collection consists of the time capsule that was created as part of the 2012 staff Holiday Party, "Party like there is no Tamayo". The party had a Maya calendar / end of the world theme. Staff submitted items for the time capsule, which was to be opened in 10 years (2022). The time capsule was opened at the staff holiday party on 19 December 2022.

A Day in the Country with Henry Moore Photographs
The collection consists 36 8x10 inch color photographs of sculptor Henry Moore and his home, studio and garden in Much Hadam, Hertfordshire, England. The photographs were taken during The Associates of the Dallas Museum of Fine Arts visit to Moore on 10 November 1975, and assembled in a photo album by Bob Sands.
