Alliance Marketing Research Records
The collection contains reports on final results of visitor surveys and positioning studies, conducted by Alliance Research on behalf of the museum between 1997 and 2001.

Dallas Museum of Art Marketing Records
This collection consists of binders documenting marketing and communications efforts for exhibitions and programs. Marketing binders may include: background, budget, media plan, sponsorship, printed material, outdoor signage (banners, billboards, buses), print ads, TV/Radio, and PR. The collection also contains sponsor reports summarizing marketing efforts for promotional sponsors.
Dallas Museum of Art Press Kits
The collection contains press kits compliled by the Communications department for press previews. Kits can contain press releases, staff biographys, images of objects, program guides and other ephemera. Press kits are arranged chronologically and are primarily for exhibitions.
DMA Marketing Department Miscellany
This collection contains DMFA Mailings, 1965-1973. Folders note each publication or printed item mailed out, what groups it was sent to (example: "All membership" or "All plates and Corporate Packets"); when it was mailed, and how many copies were sent. Degas Bronzes exhibitions scrapbooks and the new museum communiations consultant plan are also included.
