Juanita Bromberg Papers
Collection consists of miscellaneous materials found in the Bromberg library, donated to the Mayer Library, related to Mrs. Bromberg's civic and collecting interests, and friends and family. Materials date from early 1960s-mid-1970s.
Karen Erxleben Weiner Collection
This collection consists of materials from Karen Erxleben Weiner related to her work as a founding member of Dallas Artists Research and Exhibition (DARE) which became The McKinney Avenue Contemporary (The MAC), manager of University of Texas at Dallas SouthSide Artist Residency Program, and committee work on the 1990 and 1992 DMA Beaux Arts Balls.

Mrs. Stephen I. Munger Trust Committee Records
Collection contains minutes of the Mrs. Stephen I. Munger Trust Committee for 1937-1965. Minutes also contain photographs of some of the objects acquired through the fund.
Nancy G. Sayles Photograph Archive
The Nancy G. Sayles Photograph Archive consists of 258 color photographs taken by Mrs. Sayles in Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Morocco, Panama and Peru during the period 1975-1980. The ethnographic photographs primarily depict the wear and use of traditional textiles in their native context, though the collection includes complementary photographs of the landscape, architecture and general culture and activities in the documented areas.
Natalie H. Lee Papers
The collection contains documentation of a few of the projects that Lee has worked on in conjunction with the museum: 1968 Beaux Arts Ball, 90th Anniversary Timeline and Photo Montage, docent program, and the McDermott Bequest.
Pamela Nelson Papers
The collection contains documentation of the work and activities of Dallas-based artist Pamela Nelson. The collection contains photographs (slides and prints) of Nelson's art works/installations and parties; sketchbooks; appointment books; scrapbooks; art archive documenting projects and commissions; personal correspondence and letters; documentation of visits to the White House and her work with the George W. Bush Presidential Library; and her work with the US Commission on Fine Arts.
Patsy Lacy Griffith Collection
The collection contains materials documenting the home and collection of Patsy Lacy Griffith, who donated her collection of paintings and decorative arts to the DMA, including magazine stories and auction catalogues.
